Hi I’m Michelle, the Navigator at Resonate New Plymouth.

I thrive on building relationships and thinking outside the box to find the best solution for each person. Nothing is ever too much trouble!

I’ve worked in the audiology industry for eighteen years, all of which has been here in New Plymouth.  

After nearly two years away from the industry, I realised just how much I missed it. I missed the chance to build genuine rapport, the catch-ups where we’d talk not just about hearing but about life, and the comfort of seeing countless customers who had become more like friends and family.

When I saw Resonate was opening a studio here in New Plymouth, I knew I couldn’t pass it up. I would have had FOMO for the rest of my life if I hadn’t taken this incredible opportunity! Joining Resonate has given me the chance to do what I’m most passionate about, which is helping people, while also expanding my skill set with Ear360.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors, spending quality time with my family, or catching up with friends over good food and plenty of laughter.
