Our New Plymouth studio is led by a team deeply connected to the Taranaki community. Craig, our audiologist, brings more than 30 years of experience in hearing healthcare, with a career that has taken him across the United States and New Zealand. Passionate about helping people reconnect with the world around them, Craig believes hearing care should always feel personal. His approach focuses on clear communication, transparency, and making sure every person feels genuinely listened to and supported throughout their hearing health journey.
Alongside Craig is Michelle, our Navigator, who has spent 18 years working in the audiology industry right here in New Plymouth. Known for her warm, relationship-focused approach, Michelle loves getting to know each person who walks through the door and helping them find the right path forward for their hearing health. Together, Craig and Michelle create a welcoming environment where people across New Plymouth and the wider Taranaki region can feel comfortable, supported, and confident taking the next step toward better hearing.
