Hi, I’m Craig, the audiologist at Resonate New Plymouth.  

I’ve worked in the hearing health industry for over 30 years, and my journey as an audiologist began at Northeastern University in Boston. My passion for psychoacoustics has taken across the United States and New Zealand, supporting adults, children, and vestibular patients.  

But what truly drives me is community. Early in my career in Boston, I realised that what I love most about being an audiologist isn’t just science, it’s supporting people in a way that feels personal and unique to them. Hearing healthcare isn’t just about diagnosing and treating; it’s about making sure every person you meet feels listened to, understood, and genuinely cared for.

My passion for transparency and real-life connection is what led me to Resonate. Resonate offers a truly transparent and supportive approach to hearing healthcare. We don’t focus on sales targets. Instead, we prioritise the people who walk through our doors and make a real difference to their lives.

Outside of work, I love to spend quality time with my family and make the most of everything the beautiful Taranaki region has to offer.
