Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer free returns within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.  Please note we won't refund the shipping cost.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• Returned items must be in original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
• We are unable to provide refunds for hearing aid consumables that have been opened. 
  

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
   
2. Send items back to us with a copy of your original invoice and confirmation whether you wish us to exchange, credit or refund.

This policy is for items purchased on the Resonate online store and excludes the Unlimited Subscription.
