Hi, I’m Mel, the Navigator at Resonate Rangiora. I love meeting new people, forming lasting relationships, and building trust with our customers.  

I have worked in the audiology industry for three years. I started in an administration role, and in early 2024, I joined Resonate Health. I love having a more “hands-on” role, working with people face-to-face, and making a real difference in their lives. I’m always up for a chat about all things life!

I’m so proud to be part of your hearing health journey. No matter why you come and see me, whether it’s for an ear check or to be fitted with hearing aids, seeing the reaction on your faces when your hearing improves is the best part of my job. There’s no better feeling than giving people the care and support they deserve.  

Outside of work, I am a big lover of the outdoors. At the weekend, you’ll often find me with my family in the high country. Nothing beats the stunning scenery of the South Island!
