Our Rangiora studio is led by a team passionate about helping people reconnect with the sounds that matter most. Kate, our audiologist, was born and raised in Canterbury and is proud to support the community she has always called home. Inspired early on by seeing the impact hearing care had on her own family, Kate is committed to delivering personalised, empathetic support that helps people feel informed and confident as they take the next step in their hearing health journey.
Alongside Kate is Mel, our Navigator, who loves meeting new people and building genuine relationships with the customers she supports. With several years of experience in the audiology industry, Mel enjoys working closely with people and sharing in the moments when improved hearing makes a real difference in their lives. Together, Kate and Mel create a welcoming and supportive environment for people across Rangiora and the wider North Canterbury region.
