Hi, I’m Kate, an audiologist based in Christchurch. I’m committed to helping people improve their quality of life and reconnect through better hearing. I understand that beginning your hearing care journey can feel overwhelming, so I focus on delivering personalised support in an empathetic, informative, and approachable environment.

Born and raised in Canterbury, I’m proud to serve the community I’ve always called home. My interest in audiology began when I accompanied my Nan (who has had hearing loss since her early twenties) to one of her audiology appointments as a teenager! I got to see firsthand how life-changing hearing care can be, and that’s when I knew I wanted to work in an industry where I could make a difference in people's lives.  

Audiology is the perfect blend of people, science, and genuine impact. I’ve spent my career working in the private sector providing personalised, customer-centred care that combines technology-driven solutions with empathetic, outcome-focused support.

I joined Resonate because I believe in our New Zealand-owned, customer-centric model. The subscription approach makes hearing care simple, transparent, and accessible. It is such a privilege to be trusted by our clients to help them reconnect with their families, careers, and communities.  

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, Pilates, coaching hockey, and spending quality time with family and friends. I’m also trying to get into golf alongside my husband Will - though my swing is definitely more hockey than golf right now… But I’m having fun working on it!
