Audiologist Karen brings a warm, people-first approach to hearing care, taking the time to understand each person’s lifestyle, needs, and goals. After many years working in education in South Africa, she found audiology to be the perfect second chapter, combining her love of people, problem solving, and improving quality of life.
Alongside her, Navigator Kylee helps ensure every visit to the studio feels welcoming and supportive. With several years of experience in hearing healthcare and a strong connection to the local community, she is passionate about helping people feel comfortable and confident throughout their hearing journey.
Together, the Coastlands team is committed to making hearing healthcare accessible, supportive, and genuinely customer-focused. Kylee is also actively involved in the local community, hosting regular hearing health mornings at Levin and Ōtaki libraries to help people learn more about their hearing and wellbeing.
