The staff were friendly and efficient, I was greeted with a cup of tea and a friendly welcome and made to feel at ease. The hearing aids are state of the art and a vast improvement on the previous devices I had fitted elsewhere. All round an excellent choice.

A pair of top-of-the-range hearing aids that would have cost $10,500 with my legacy provider were just $90 a month... awesome. I've been wearing the hearing aids for four days now... they're completely fantastic.
Tom the audiologist made the entire process feel very easy and I felt very comfortable during all the hearing tests and fitting of the hearing aids, along with setting up the resonate app onto my phone so I could have better control of my new hearing aids.

My hearing test and fitting was completed within an hour and a half and I was on my way with a whole new hearing experience. What happens if my government Hearing Aid subsidy is not yet available?
If your subsidy is unavailable within 3 years, you will be charged an additional monthly subscription fee. If your subsidy is unavailable for more than 3 years, you must pay an additional one-off fee of $1022.22, payable upon fitting.
What if I find I just don’t like wearing hearing aids?
Our supportive staff will help you 100% through the adjustment stage. If you eventually decide to return your hearing aids, our Studio staff will schedule a time with you so that we can understand why you don't wish to continue.
How long should I carry on with trying to ignore my partial hearing loss?
The sooner you reach out for professional advice, the better for your overall health as well as your hearing. We now have irrefutable evidence of the link between hearing loss and healthy ageing. For example, a mild hearing loss doubles your risk of dementia.
Is it time-consuming to get hearing aids sorted and fitted?
