Hi, I’m Vickie, the Navigator at Resonate Bayfair. I am a self-confessed people person. I am a “fixer” and someone who likes to get things sorted with a solution that genuinely benefits a person's quality of life. I pride myself on being approachable, and my number one priority is to ensure I have time to sit down and chat with customers, making them feel really supported. I don’t like the feeling of anyone having to work through anything on their own!

I have over ten years of experience in the hearing health industry, but took a six-year break before joining Resonate. Being able to work for a company that puts people over profits was a massive reason for me to return to the audiology industry. I love coming to work; it fits who I am and how I want to spend my day. Now, I am studying to become an Audiometrist!

When I’m not at work, I love going away in our caravan, working on our home and gardening. To relax, I make homemade relishes, chutneys and candles. Some might say I’m old-fashioned, but you can’t beat a good chutney on a cheeseboard!
