Hi, I’m Roshelle, the Navigator at Resonate Napier, and am passionate about helping people and their families with honesty and compassion to ensure they have all the care and support needed to live their healthiest lives.  

I started working in the hearing health industry five years ago and quickly fell in love with watching how peoples quality of life and family dynamics, changed when their hearing improved.

That really inspired me to dive deeper into the world of heairng health, and learn about the ways hearing loss affects all areas of our life, including our congition and brain health. So, I began studying to be an Audiometrist, and while it can be challenging to study and work full time, I have loved every minute of it.  

I joined Resonate in 2025, absolutely love working here. I get to meet new people every day, and as a Navigator, my priority is making sure everyone I meet receives an exceptional experience. Every time you walk through the doors of Resonate Napier, I’ll do everything I can to ensure you feel genuinely valued, supported, and comfortable, no matter why you’ve come to see us.  

Outside of work, I love to travel! Before joining audiology, I spent eighteen years overseas. Quality time with my family and friends is incredibly important to me, and I decided to move back to New Zealand after my grandchildren were born in Napier. Now, partner and I have settled into the beautiful Hawkes Bay, and we’re enjoying doing our own house renovations - it’s incredibly rewarding!
