Hi, I’m Neha and I am the Navigator at Resonate Health Chartwell.

I have always loved helping people, and I’m passionate about taking the time to listen, connect with our customers, and ensure that I’m offering support in a way that truly benefits their well-being.

I have two years of experience in the audiology industry but have spent many years in healthcare. Before joining Resonate, I was a Medical Laboratory Scientist, working in both human and veterinary laboratories in New Zealand and Fiji. Now, I am studying to be an Audiometrist, and was drawn to this job as it felt like the perfect opportunity to work in a role that combines technology with a genuine human connection.

The best part of my job is being able to make a difference in someone's life and working with an amazing teammate. I love the support we are able to give our customers, and the support I receive from my team.
