Hi, I’m Melanie, a passionate people person and the Navigator at Resonate Health Bayfair.  

I’ve always loved supporting people, and being a Navigator allows me to do what I love most in life - taking care of people and finding ways to improve their quality of life.  

The best part of my job is the people I spend time with every day. We have amazing customers who drop by the studio whenever they’re in the area, and it always makes me smile to see familiar faces walk through our doors. Teamwork is a strong part of the culture here, and I’m encouraged to learn new things every day. I haven’t studied in over thirty years, but the supportive environment at Resonate inspired me to enrol in my Audiometrist qualification. I’m excited to be qualified, but more so to have a better understanding of hearing health and wellness so I can do more for our customers!

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, going for walks on the beach, and relaxing at home. I love living in Papamoa, it feels like you are always on holiday.
