Hi, my name is Jess, and I love working with people, building genuine connections, and supporting them on their healthy ageing journey.

I've worked in the hearing healthcare industry for over five years. But what I’ve loved most about being at Resonate is the ability to offer hearing care that’s accessible, affordable, and truly designed with all New Zealanders in mind. I think it is incredible to be able to help people reconnect with the world around them. It’s such a joy to support each person’s unique hearing journey and see the difference better hearing makes in their lives and relationships.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends. Summer in Nelson is my favourite time of year - the weather is amazing, and we’re lucky to have some beautiful beaches to enjoy!
