Hi, I’m Jay, an Audiologist with eight years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry.
I became an audiologist because hearing is one of our most powerful, yet least understood senses, and I’m drawn to both the evolving science and the human stories behind it. With technology advancing rapidly and global care standards shifting, I’m driven to be part of that change and help people transform their lives.
My love of technology led me to become a Product Specialist for one of the leading global hearing aid manufacturers, Resound. This experience gave me an in-depth knowledge of the latest fitting techniques and hearing aid technologies we fit at Resonate Health, and the ways I can help my customers get the most out of their hearing aids.
But, while top-tier hearing aids can be a key part of great hearing care, it’s only one piece of the puzzle. Everyone’s hearing and lifestyle are unique, so I take a calm, straightforward approach to hearing care that goes beyond devices. I champion early intervention, transparency, and evidence-based care to support not just your hearing, but your overall well-being.
What I love most about Resonate is being part of a team that’s challenging the status quo. We’re constantly exploring fresh, evidence-based approaches to hearing care, with a strong focus on holistic health and healthy ageing. The start-up culture keeps things dynamic, and I’m proud to work alongside people driven to raise the standard.
The best part of my job is the people I meet from all walks of life, which makes this job incredibly meaningful. Everyone has a story, and I get to support them on a journey that can truly change the way they live.
