Hi, I’m Gina, the Navigator at Resonate Rolleston. I’m a proud Cantabrian and I love welcoming people into our Rolleston studio, no matter whether they’re popping in for a chat or stepping through the door for their very first appointment. Building genuine connections with our community is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.

I’ve worked in the hearing health industry for nearly a decade, starting in frontline roles before moving into training and eventually leading frontline teams across the South Island for five years.  

I’ve always loved working in customer service, but when the chance came to enter audiology nine years ago, I leapt at it. I quickly realised how much I enjoy helping people, and that I have a deep interest in the clinical side of hearing healthcare! This inspired me to study further and I’m currently completing my Diploma of Audiometry. I’m so excited to be an Audiometrist and combine my years of customer care experience with clinical knowledge.

Joining Resonate felt like a natural next step in my career. Our company values and focus on community care, education, and breaking down barriers to hearing solutions align perfectly with my own. I love my job and I still get teary during device fittings when a customer suddenly realises how much sound they’ve been missing, and you can see their life change in that very moment.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring new places around New Zealand, and heading out to live music whenever I can.
