Hi, I’m Famiza, the Navigator at Resonate Botany.  I’m someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, learning new things, and finding the calm in everyday chaos. As a Navigator, I bring curiosity, kindness, and a good sense of humour to whatever I do, and I’m passionate about helping people live their best lives.

I understand the importance of compassionate support and truly listening to people’s needs. I have worked in the hearing health industry for 10 years, and during that time, I’ve seen how something as simple as listening can improve someone's hearing, transform their confidence, and enhance their connection with the world.

I joined Resonate because I felt a genuine connection to the values and the way both customers and employees are valued and cared for. Being part of a team that helps others rediscover the joy of clear communication feels incredibly rewarding to me, and I’m excited about the chance to make a real difference in people’s everyday lives.

Professionally, I wanted to be part of a workplace I knew I could grow, feel supported, and actually enjoy the work I do every day. I’m happy to have found that here, and love that I’m able to make a real difference through meaningful connections with people, tackling new challenges, or having the freedom to be creative and take ownership of my work.  

Outside of work, I love travelling, spending time on the farm with my animals, and enjoying quality moments with my friends and family.
