Hi, my name is Caitlin! I’m the Navigator at Resonate Health Rotorua, and I’m passionate about helping people on their hearing health journey so they can live a more fulfilled life. I love meeting new people and finding ways to improve their hearing and overall quality of life every day.

I have always wanted to help people. I began working in hearing healthcare three years ago in an admin role. But, I slowly fell in love with audiology and the life-changing impact of helping people hear again.

I joined Resonate as I wanted to do more for our communities. As a Navigator, my priority is making sure everyone I see feels comfortable, supported and confident throughout their entire hearing health journey.

Family means everything to me, and outside of work, I spend most of my time with my son. Or, you'll find me focusing on my studies as I work towards becoming an audiometrist.
