Hey, I’m Ali! I love meeting people and helping them feel comfortable while we work to find the best solution for their needs and lifestyle. There’s nothing better than watching someone light up because they can finally hear clearly again.

I’ve been in the hearing health world for a little bit over three years. When I first joined the industry, I worked in an admin-focused role, but my favourite part of the job was repairing someone's hearing aids and testing their hearing! That's when I realised this was something I could see myself building a real career in.

I joined Resonate because I could see they were doing hearing care differently. A lot of people still find the industry confusing or out of reach, and I loved that Resonate was actively breaking down those barriers. It feels good to work somewhere that genuinely cares about improving people's quality of life, not just selling hearing aids.

Plus, Resonate opened the door for me to grow professionally! I'm currently studying a Diploma of Audiometry at the Australian College of Audiometry, which wasn’t an opportunity I’d been offered before.

The best part of my job is when someone hears properly again, and you can tell it’s going to change their whole world. It's so rewarding and exciting to be part of that!  

If you’ve met me, you’ll know I’m always up for a chat. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me doing something creative. I’m also a big fan of the gym, and in summer I’m outdoors whenever I get the chance, usually on a nature walk or at the beach.
