Katrina, our audiologist, has called Whakatāne home for more than a decade and brings a wealth of healthcare experience to her role. Known for her warm, friendly approach and attention to detail, Katrina loves guiding people through their hearing health journey and celebrating the life-changing moments when someone hears clearly again for the first time.
Alongside Katrina is Lee, our Navigator and a born-and-bred local with more than 30 years of experience in the audiology industry. Lee enjoys building genuine relationships with the people she meets and finding ways to support their hearing needs.
