Fabian brings more than 20 years of experience in audiology and loves seeing the life-changing impact better hearing can have. Known for his clear communication and practical approach, Fabian focuses on making sure every person feels comfortable, informed and involved throughout their hearing health journey.
Alongside Fabian is Trudy, a compassionate Navigator who returned to New Zealand after nearly two decades working in healthcare overseas. With a background in nursing and community healthcare in the United States, Trudy brings empathy, strong communication and a deep commitment to supporting people at every stage of their care. Together they create a welcoming environment where Wellington locals can feel supported as they take positive steps toward better hearing.
