Hello, my name is Lu, and I’m an audiologist at Resonate. I am friendly, patient and empathetic, and I care deeply about helping people. I’ve been working in the NZ audiology industry for four years, and I joined Resonate in 2025 because I love its customer-focused values. I knew they would allow me to spend my time doing what I’m passionate about, which is making people feel heard and supported. The best part of my job is making each appointment feel personal and comfortable, and seeing the smiles on my customers’ and their families’ faces.

Outside of work, I’m a dancer and participate in many performances in Waikato. I also love reading and a good cup of green tea!
