Hi, I’m Bronwyn, and I’ve been working in the audiology industry for the past 17 years. Over that time, I’ve had the privilege of working with a variety of companies and in a wide range of roles from clinical support to customer care and everything in between. What’s remained constant throughout my career is my passion for helping people. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than seeing someone’s quality of life improve through better hearing. I believe that kindness, empathy, and a good sense of humour go a long way in life, and I try to bring those qualities into everything I do.

I grew up in Christchurch, where I developed a strong sense of community and connection. I eventually moved to Auckland with my family, and it’s been a wonderful place to continue both my personal and professional journey. I’m a proud mum to two grown daughters who inspire me every day.

Outside of work, I’m a big believer in balance and joy. Travel is one of my greatest passions, and I love exploring new places, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures. I also cherish time spent with good friends, enjoying great food, and sharing a glass of good wine (or two!).
