Hi my name is Brittany and I am an audiologist here at Resonate Merivale. I joined the audiology industry after discovering an interest in using assistive technology to support health outcomes while working as a speech and language pathologist. Hearing technology is advancing so quickly, and the latest research into artificial intelligence is exciting, as it allows us to further improve the quality of life for our customers and removes common challenges, such as hearing in background noise.

I also have a huge passion for education and raising awareness about the impact of hearing loss. I wish more people knew how important it is to be proactive about their hearing healthcare. Early action can improve your quality of life and your relationships with your loved ones and help you maintain your independence for longer.

When I’m not at work, I love to spend time outdoors. I enjoy exploring the trails in the Port Hills in Christchurch on my mountain bike or snowboarding at Mt. Hutt in the winter. I also love sewing my own clothes and making gifts for my friends and family.
