Hi, my name is Alana. I am an Audiologist and Whangarei local, and was born and raised here on a farm 10 minutes outside of town. My upbringing gives me a strong affinity for rural regions, and I am passionate about supporting people who find it more difficult to access healthcare services.  

This includes empowering my customers to confidently use their devices. I love being able to take the time to answer their questions and teach them how to make adjustments from the app or how to clean and look after their hearing aids. I also love making our customers a coffee and finding out how I can help them live their happiest, healthiest lives.
