Introduction

At Resonate, we truly value customer loyalty. The Resonate Unlimited Rewards are our gift to you for introducing your friends and family to our unique hearing aid subscription service.

These terms and conditions govern your participation in Resonate Health NZ Ltd Rewards Programme. By participating in the programme, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

To participate in the rewards programme, you must be a customer of Resonate Health NZ Ltd and 18 years of age or older.

‍

How the Programme Works

You may refer friends, family members, or colleagues to Resonate Health NZ Ltd using the unique referral link provided to you.

‍

When your referral signs up for a Resonate Unlimited hearing aid subscription service using your referral link or reference and meets the eligibility criteria, you may be eligible for rewards as outlined in these terms.

‍

The referred individual must be a new customer for the referrer to qualify for the referral programme.

Resonate Health NZ Ltd reserves the right to verify and determine the eligibility of referrals.

‍

Rewards

The reward structure for successful referrals will be specified by Resonate Health NZ Ltd.

Rewards may be subject to change at any time at the discretion of Resonate Health NZ Ltd.

Rewards are in the form of subscription credits for Resonate’s Unlimited hearing aid subscription service.

Redemption of Rewards

Rewards are earned each time a referee of the Resonate Unlimited subscription service makes 12 consecutive monthly payments. Your reward for the referral to Resonate is a three-month complimentary Resonate Unlimited subscription.

‍

Resonate Rewards are unlimited in quantity, and there is no expiration date for their redemption. When redeemable, one or more Resonate Rewards may be transferred to another Resonate Unlimited member of your choice. This action is permanent. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Fraudulent Activity

Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the reward programme will result in the disqualification of the referring customer.

‍

Resonate Health NZ Ltd reserves the right to withhold rewards and take appropriate action against individuals engaging in fraudulent activity.

‍

Modification and Termination

Resonate Health NZ Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the reward programme at any time without prior notice.

‍

In the event of program termination, all unredeemed rewards will be forfeited.

‍

Privacy

By participating in the reward programme, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with Resonate Health NZ Ltd privacy policy.

‍

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Consumers Guarantees Act.
