The Promoter is Resonate Health NZ Ltd (Resonate), Level 2, 1 The Strand, Takapuna, Auckland 0622. The 'Resonate E-Bike Giveaway' promotion period commences at 9:00am 02/06/23 and ends at 5:00pm 24/12/23. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older. The Prize can only be awarded and accepted by someone over the age of 18.

Participants can enter the promotion by booking an Ear360, Unlimited, or ClearEars appointment via:

Entries are limited to one entry per person.

The prize is 1x 2022 Samedi 27 Xroad 3 e-bike worth $6,000.   

There is 1x 2022 Samedi 27 Xroad 3 e-bike to be won. The winner will be drawn at random on Wednesday 27/12/23. The winner will be notified via email within 5 working days of the prize draw. If Resonate does not receive a response from the winner within 7 days of contact, we reserve the right to re-draw a winner.

Ownership of the 2022 Samedi 27 Xroad 3 e-bike will be transferred to the prize winner. All warranties will be transferred and honoured by Anebike, Tauranga. The prize winner is responsible for all maintenance and servicing of the bike. The promoter accepts no responsibility for the bike after it is accepted by the prize winner.

The prize is not transferable, redeemable, and may not be exchanged for cash.

All entries remain the property of the Promoter. All personal information will be collected and stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Resonate’s privacy policy which can be viewed here.

Resonate may use entrants’ personal information from entries to conduct the promotion and for its own future promotional and publicity purposes.

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the use of their information as described above.

The promotion will be conducted by the Promoter in accordance with these terms and conditions. To the extent that any matter relating to the promotion is not covered by these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to conduct the promotion as it sees fit, subject to any legal requirements, or vary the terms and conditions as it deems reasonably necessary.

The Promoter reserves the right to deem any entry void should an entrant fail to comply with any of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry. The Promoter’s decision is final.

If this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, acts or omissions of third parties, technical failures, or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

The Promoter will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver, or damage caused to the prize during transit. All decisions of the Promoter are final, and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of their rights under these terms and conditions at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the full extent permitted by law, to vary, suspend or cancel this promotion.
