My family member can't hear well. What should I do?

We can all find it difficult to hear at some point in our life, and it’s important to talk about it and support the person who isn’t hearing well. Getting help sooner rather than later and making an appointment to see a hearing specialist to find out why someone doesn’t hear well is the best thing you can do. It could be a wax blockage, or they may need hearing aids to hear better.
