Does wearing hearing aids affect the way I sleep?
It can do. Research shows that for people with hearing loss or tinnitus (ringing/buzzing noises in ears) wearing hearing aids during the day has been shown to improve the quality of their sleep. If you’re still adjusting to wearing hearing aids, it can take a little time before you notice the difference at night, and you can find more on our Sleep & Hearing Health hub.
