I’ve worked in healthcare and audiology for more than 30 years, with the last 17 spent here in New Zealand. What drives me is my passion for truly customer-centred care. My goal is always to give you the knowledge and tools to make confident decisions about your hearing health, so you feel fully in control of your outcomes.
I was drawn to audiology because it combines science with the chance to make a direct and meaningful difference in people’s lives. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone understand how their hearing and devices work, and then seeing them use that knowledge to take back control of their world.
Before moving to New Zealand, I worked across various parts of the audiology sector in the UK, including managing a large hospital-based audiology service in Preston and setting up a tinnitus support service. These experiences gave me a strong foundation and a deep appreciation for the many ways hearing health can impact someone’s life.
I chose to join Resonate because their customer-first values align perfectly with my own. I’ve seen time and time again that when people feel supported, heard, and empowered, they become happier and more successful hearing device users.
Outside of work, I love spending time on my lifestyle block caring for my animals, tending to the garden, and soaking up the outdoors. When the weather keeps me inside, you’ll usually find me baking fresh bread or working on a dressmaking project.
